Different taxes or no taxes for each customer#102

Add a feature/capability to turn off/on the Tax in the Customer/Account Level.

Need to be able to turn tax on / off per item as some products are taxable and others not taxable

when setting the tax at zero % it would help if the tax showed up on the invoice as zero
in australia even if you don’t charge gst you need to show it as zero on your invoice
