I created a dummy invoice to see how the automated overdue reminder email system would look like on the customer end, and I noticed a couple of issues. 1) There isn’t an option for me to edit the email prior to being sent, even when I have set up a “Default Email Message” for Overdue Reminders. 2) Once I had deleted the dummy invoice from the trash bin, I’m still being sent Overdue Reminders to my customer dummy account. Quite frustrating and irksome, especially if I ever have to use the system in real life. :/ Hope I’ve given enough information to get this resolved, and keep up the awesome work!
some times overdue receipt shows red colour mark. sometimes not showing.
please fix this.otherwise very good app
I have had an issue with overdue reminders not being automatically sent out. There is also no option to manually send an overdue reminder, or I cannot find it. Please repair?!
