You cannt edit a document that has already been partially paid#3040

Hi,
I am trying to edit a partially paid invoice, but it does not allow me to do so, if I want to give a discount after someone paid half, how can I do so?
it should be allowed to offer discount after I have created and got paid partially.
please fix this issue
