E-mails going to spam folder#334


We’re having complain with customers because the emails are going straight to the spam folder. Is there a way to fix that instead of sending the email manually? On that way I can’t have the PayPal payment option just credit card.

Customer can’t get my invoices as going into Junk/Spam that they don’t see and can’t get access too, anyway this can be rectified?

Hi there, you may have to ask the customers to indicate that the invoice is not junk/spam. Unfortunately this is identified and decided via the email domain holder. We have gotten in contact with Microsoft on regards to this and they have advised us that it will take some time for the domain to build trust and once it does then the emails will start going through to the inbox.
