Contact Us button#3375

The Contact Us bottom has stopped working. I tested sending three emails. Now it does not work. Tells me to “publish page to use this function.” Of course, I have published the page. Help!

Hi thanks for raising this and apologies for the inconvenience. We’ve tested this and it appears to be working okay.

What might be happening is that you are attempting to test the the contact form from the builder preview. It’s disabled here which is why you are getting the error. But if you go to your website url and use the contact form it should work okay. If not please let us know.

We’ll improve the messaging in the builder to make this clearer, so we appreciate you raising this as a concern!
