Hello Support Team, I am writing to formally escalate two ongoing issues with your invoice app that have not been resolved despite repeated attempts on my side. 1. Persistent Address Bug
I have updated my address, the system continues to display the old address . This is a recurring bug that I have already reported multiple times, and it has still not been fixed. This is unacceptable, as it affects the accuracy and professionalism of my invoices. 2. Subscription Payment Failure
Every time I attempt to pay for my subscription, the payment does not go through. This raises a serious concern: do you intend to provide this service or not? I am paying for a functional app, and repeated payment failures are not acceptable. These issues are now directly interrupting my business operations. I need to send out invoices, and your app is preventing me from doing so. I am requesting:
• Immediate investigation and resolution of both issues
• Assignment of a support agent who will take ownership of this case.
