My app freezing up.#4367

I cannot finish an invoice because the app keeps freezing up. I had to switch to the web version and it took me an hour just to do a simple invoice which is costing me money. I did an invoice for a client, and she signed it.I did the work, and then I added my extras to the invoice and the whole thing erased, leaving a zero balance and all I had was the original cost.Because I sent it to her in an email.But when she clicks it, it says item not found. Thank you so much. Sew, it costed me hundreds of dollars, because all my extra material and labor disappeared. I send several messages and no one has fixed my app.Or told me what to do
