Feature Request: Add “Sent” Status Under “Paid” on Mobile View#4395

Dear Bookipi Development Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I would like to propose a small enhancement to improve invoice tracking clarity on the mobile interface. Currently, when an invoice is marked as “Paid,” the status appears clearly. However, there is no visible indication confirming whether the invoice has already been sent to the client.

We kindly suggest adding a “Sent” label directly below the “Paid” status on the mobile view, specifically when the invoice has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

This addition would help users quickly differentiate between:
• Invoices that are marked as paid but not yet sent
• Invoices that are both paid and already sent

For illustration purposes, the display could appear as follows:

Current display:
Paid

Proposed display:
Paid
Sent
30/03/2026

The “Sent” label could use a subtle grey or soft blue tone to maintain visual hierarchy while remaining clearly readable.

We believe this small UI enhancement would significantly improve user confidence and workflow clarity, especially for users managing high invoice volumes via mobile devices.
