Premium account#4550

I have no idea where to ask for help. This app it used to be free and now it’s forcing me to choose premium invoice which is not a free. I’m a sole trader and don’t make much money, I would appreciate if I can have access to the basic invoice I used to do before. Also I don’t know where to find the customer service, so I could ask for the assistance in I need.
