Where to set Partial payment!?#4553

I can’t found a button for payment like last time, really troublesome, last time version doing well already!

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. To record a Partial payment, here’s what you can do:

MOBILE APP

Step 1: Select an invoice

Step 2: Record the payment

For Saved status: Tap ‘Send’ first (or ‘Save’ if you made any changes) > Tap ‘Mark as sent/paid’ at the bottom of the screen > Select ‘Record payment’

For Sent/Read status: Tap ‘Record payment’

Step 3: Turn off the ‘Fully paid’ option and enter the amount and the rest of the information.

WEB APP

Step 1: Select an invoice

Step 2: Record the payment

For Draft status: Click ‘Update’ > ‘Mark paid’ on the right side of the screen

For Sent/Read status: Click ‘Mark paid’ on the right side of the screen

Step 3: Turn off the ‘Fully paid’ option and enter the amount and the rest of the information.

Step 4: Once done, click ‘Add payment’.
