Auto archive#4582

I’ve recently got the update where everything is marked as paid and then you do not now auto archive which is super annoying but I do like that there’s an option to do that however now it is only doing the new ones and all my old invoices that have been paid are still there and there’s no way for me to archive them and if I do it’s got to be one at a time and there’s hundreds of invoices.
even if they’re not paid so if you turned on the auto archive I think that the ones marked paid should all be auto archived not just the ones that you’ve now done

You can move all your paid invoices back to your Archive by following these steps:

Select any paid invoice from your Invoice list.
Swipe left and select More.
Choose Archive.
When prompted, select Move all paid invoices & enable.

Alternatively, you can record a payment on an invoice as usual, and the same prompt will appear.

Once enabled, all fully paid invoices will automatically be moved to the Archive folder. You can manage this setting by going to the Archive folder and using the Auto-archive paid invoices toggle at the top of the page.
