Remove “paid” invoices from the actual invoice section.#4600

Remove the green paid icon from the actual invoice thread. It makes it incredibly difficult to find the invoices that are not paid and the ones that are just sent. If you send alot of invoices you will have to scroll and scroll to find the invoices that are unpaid.

Hi there! Thanks for for your feedback — we’ve just released a new setting that gives you control over whether fully paid invoices are automatically moved to Archive.

If you’re currently seeing all your paid invoices sitting in your Inbox, you can quickly move them all back to Archive:

Select any paid invoice from your Invoice list.
Swipe left and tap More.
Select Archive.
When you see the prompt “Move all paid invoices & enable”, select it.
That will automatically move all your paid invoices from your Inbox back to Archive.

You can also simply record a payment on an invoice as you normally would, and you’ll see the same prompt there.
