There is a problem that has been happeing for a few weeks now, not sure if anyone brought it to your attention but after requesting and receiving a deposit, the customer cannot pay the full balance later on unless we manually go back and delete the deposit request (even though that deposit has been received).
In my case we request a 30% deposit. after that deposit is paid and when its time to pay the balance the customer can only pay another 30% of the remaining balance.
Before, the deposit request used to disapear after the deposit was received and allowed customers to pay the full balance. I think this needs to be checked.
