Requiring a unique email address for each customer is not practical for businesses like ours. A single customer may own multiple properties, or a management company may manage several buildings using the same email address.
This restriction prevents us from creating separate customer records for each property.
Please consider allowing multiple customers to share the same email address or enabling multiple properties under one customer account, with separate invoices and estimates.
