Add up missing currency#474

I would like to request you to kindly add Bhutanese currency as BTN in currency drop down menu. BTN is equivalent to INR.

Hi there, this currency is available on Bookipi Invoice web version but is currently being worked on within the mobile app version.

I would like to have KYD a.k.a CI currency added. This is the local currency of the Cayman Islands.
