Paid invoices#50

It would be good, once invoices have been paid & noted as paid, that the invoice automatically moves into a paid folder

For paid invoice it would be nice if uneditable… or put some password for those authorizer to amend.

Like the overdue button should also be an unpaid button

Yes please, I can’t scroll down more then about 12 invoices or so, a unpaid button will be perfect.

Same as above, if we could move paid invoices please to a new folder

ive sent lots of invoices and they have been paid but how do i file them as paid as there is no paid button

Brilliant app just could do with a option to move invoices in a paid file at moment just says overdue even tho there paid

Would be good if the paid sign on the invoice is like a stamp or bigger watermark instead just red smaller word

Hi Everyone, with the new update, paid invoices in the mobile app autofilters into the archive folder! If you have any other amazing suggestions for us to keep growing and getting better please let us know!

It would be nice to be able to leave information about the check number when we input the invoice as paid
