Hi, after creating an invoice and trying to send via emai I keep getting “Network not recognised” and JSON parse unrecognised character ‘<’ appear.

Can you help please.

Hi there, have you tried the following trouble shooting.

  • logging out and logging back in
  • delete the app and redownload.

If you have done both and it hasnt corrected the issue would you be able to send us a screenrecording of this to support@bookipi.com and we will have a look into this for you
