Once an invoice has been paid, it should no longer be editable, meaning the invoice should already be locked for editing.
OR
If we can create an option under Settings to choose if the paid invoice can be editable or not.

Agreed. Once the invoice is ‘posted’ i.e. sent to customer, it should be uneditable
I see the point but I still don’t know how to use bookipi expense so for tax reasons I change things that I bought for the customer but I realize my business is not selling products but service.

As an option, yes. As a cut in stone “paid & uneditable”, absolutely NOT.

No I disagreed, because sometimes i need to change shipping cost or to make some changes to the bill.
It’s can be editable but only for certain person such as superior or supervisor who has authority to edit… put a password to edit..

Thats a big no for me as well because my customers make weekly payments. I wish they could choose the amouth they paid so i didnt habe to manually edit every onvoice every week. Also, once theyre paid in full they still add items to the invoice before they ship because i habe a flat rate fee for shipping. So this one would have to be option to lock or just no. Id leave the app for that one.
I am a new user of this application.. I have tried many times to find out how to use it. When I found out how to use it and pay the invoices, there were many because of the attempt and I could not delete the invoices.. Please do something so that these invoices can be reprocessed or deleted.
No no no. I have to update quantities, colours, flavours etc. if I can edit it they are useless for me
Definitely do NOT agree. I need to be able to edit a part paid invoice. I take an initial payment to secure the order. Then details are updated closer to my clients event. If I can’t edit an invoice there is no point in having it.
As extremely difficult that I cannot go back into an existing invoice and edit the line items and prices. Throughout the jobs customers decide to take off some line items or they decide to do more work and the price of line item has to go up but there’s no way to do that at this point

Absolutely important that we can amend the invoice. I have clients wanting to add stuff all the time once they’ve paid a deposit and now I’m unable to do so with ease. Please fix this immediately team - or at least give us the choice to edit
