Cant reupload logo and signature#560

After reinstalling the app after few days my logo ang signature are missing. Its not fetching from the cloud. The logo is showing in the web app version.but its not showing in app nor i cant reupload it in app. It showing “E_NO_IMAGE_DATA_FOUND” Error messagr when choosing the image file to upload. Help. 😕
